The comfortable and modern lounge-dining area has a large corner sofa, dining table & chairs, air conditioning, wifi (100Mb) and a ‘Smart’ flat TV connected to the internet.

There is also a charming Andalusian style internal patio, between the lounge and kitchen, that allows natural light to come in and a welcome breeze in the summer months.

The modern kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including; fridge/freezer, hob (induction), oven, microwave, filtered water on tap and a dishwasher. Washing machine is located on the rear balcony.

The 2 good size bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment and both have hotel quality, Flex-Dreamax mattresses to help ensure a good nights sleep. The first room has 2 x twin beds that can be combined with a topper mattress to make a superking bed. The second room has a double bed plus a desk/workstation and leads out on to the rear balcony. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobes space.

The rear balcony faces north, so is in shade all day if you want to escape the heat of the sun, and is very quiet and peaceful.

The bathroom is good size and also recently renovated with a large modern shower cubical.

Sitges – Barcelona’s seaside retreat

Located between the sea and the mountains, the city of Sitges offers a wide variety of leisure activities to visitors. The Coast of Garraf, on the Mediterranean sea and the surrounding mountains, provide a beautiful natural setting to this town. The interesting historic quarter, with an extensive cultural calendar, complements the luxury compounds, golf courses and marinas right next to the beach. Winter in Sitges

Throughout the year numerous events take place in this beautiful town: the Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival of Catalonia, Carnival, the Festa Major, Theatre Festivals, The Barcelona-Sitges Vintage Car Rally, Harvest Festival, concerts … the list goes on, however one can also enjoy simply taking a stroll along the sea-front boulevard, a bike ride through the Garraf Natural Park or soak up the atmosphere of the Sitges nights on the renowned “Dos de Mayo” street.
